Rave CD
Evening All,
Since purchasing an 04 Disco II, I have been trying to find tech manuals for it with no luck. I have seen on these posts people referring to a "Rave CD". Being new to the sport I do not know what this is but understand it to be some sort of reference. Is this something that would help me? - where would I get one?
Thanks for your help
Robert

Spike,
Thank you for the quick response however, by going to the link provided I have discovered I dont know what I'm looking at. I tried downloading the Disco file (saving it to cd) and I get nothing. Could you give me a little bit of instruction on its use. I have recently been allowed by law to spell computer, so any help you may provide will be appreciated.
Thanks
Robert

Pick your model and just download it to your hard drive.
I have not done this download, Ihave the actual disc that has ALL models and years on it.
From what I understand in order to put it on a disc you need a coverter program like Nero or something.
I am a PC idiot so I can neither conferm nor deny this.

OK basically if it's a .ISO or a .BIN (or a few others, but these are the common ones) what you have to do is download a free program called Daemon Tools. You install this, and run it. It will put a little icon in your system tray (right hand side of the start bar). Right click it, and go to Virtual CD/DVD-ROM> set number of devices to 1. Then you have to go to Emulation and turn all options on. Exit this menu then LEFT click on the same icon and click on one of the devices. A window will pop open and you just have to find your Rave file. What you have done is essentially put a virtual CD into a virtual drive inside your computer. It doesn't exist in physical space, but it exists in your computer. It should auto run the CD, if not just click on it or ask me for help again
Hope that helps
