I'm not familiar with the codes you list and i'm on my phone so I can't look them up quick but such an abrupt change makes me think it is an electronic issue. The only time my truck did anything similar (work fine, get out, get back in and runs like crap) it was the MAF. Not saying that is but if you know any other Disco owners ask if you can swap them out for a few minutes. I'll look up the codes.

Another idea that's easy to check is the ground strap at the back of the driver side of the engine. That nut can come loose and if the engine isn't properly grounded, crazy stuff like that can happen.

Coils aren't likely. Nor are wires... why would they all go out at once?

-have you checked your fuel pump to make sure you are getting good pressure? The fact that you stalled out could point to a fuel issue. A pressure test at the schrader valve should tell you if you have a dying pump or if you should look somewhere else.

-Have you checked the misfiring cylinders to see if you are getting any spark at all there?

-I went into the store one time and came out and started the truck only to find a bad misfire. I bought 2 new coils and it solved the problem but you said you've already tried new coils, right?
