Not all SE7s have A/C in the rear...... which seems silly
Mine is an SE which I added the third row seats. However, no rear A/C. It does get warm in the back sometimes. Getting this has helped my son stay comfortable in the back. Cheap and effective!

Well, I got an entire harness, blower, roof liner, ducting etc..... The only thing I still need is the hardline going to the engine from under the blower unit, I know where I can get those if this is going to go that far.

From what I'm seeing the plug at the Driver side that is in the kick panel doesn't seem to fit.

So perhaps I can just ADD the wires I need and make it work. I suppose I can just copy the harness to run the rear controls easily enough and probably tap power from somewhere but triggering the A/C unit to turn on and such from the front might be a little more tricky. This project just got a little more difficult.

Thoughts?

Not a bad idea either, we did that in the wrangler a few years back and it helps no doubt.

Actually!!!! You might be onto something, even if the rear blower simply blew air that would help a tad so long as the front A/C was on, at least they'd feel a breeze. Perhaps that's a happy medium idk, it's a thought.

By the way, I see that you are from Redmond. I lived in Seattle for many years in the U District, Laurelhurst, Kirkland and Factoria. We do many road trips between BC and WA state as we still have family in the latter.

Unfortunately, adding rear A/C was just too much work for me with my busy schedule. The rear USB fan alternative has been a great addition for the kids on these long road trips.
