Default Rear bottom shock mount.

So i went to go grab something that rolled under my disco and saw this



So what are my options on fixing it?

buy a new weld on. I used some from here Shock Brackets & Shock Tabs - RuffStuff Specialties

Yessir buy a new one, weld it on, up and out of the way. you may lose a few inches of upward travel though

Looks like you hit something pretty solid - a rock?

You can weld on some new fixings as suggested or tale it to a good all round bodyshop or garage and see whether they can straighten it with some oxy/acetylene heat and body hydraulic equipment. http://www.harborfreight.com/10-ton-...kit-44900.html May be worth a try as an alternative. Check out the shocker for possible bending/damage as well.
