Looks like you hit something pretty solid - a rock? 
You can weld on some new fixings as suggested or tale it to a good all round bodyshop or garage and see whether they can straighten it with some oxy/acetylene heat and body hydraulic equipment. http://www.harborfreight.com/10-ton-...kit-44900.html May be worth a try as an alternative. Check out the shocker for possible bending/damage as well.
