Default Rear brake splash guards screws broke off removing

I replaced my rotors and pads and in the rear I needed to remove those splash guards to be able to pound off the rotors from behind. While removing them on both sides all 3 screws snapped off. Both sides were covered with penetrating oil prior to the job. All 6 screws snapped even being very careful after the first one snapped.

What do I do now? It has to have happened before and I searched all the "Rear brake" posts here, nothing.

I'm hoping someone has a bracket that lets me secure them to the shaft tube. It would be hard to drill out and pull each broken screw.

Truck is back together and brakes are great.
