Rear bumper end caps - where to get these clips?

Looking to replace some of these plastic clips or rivets...they are frrom my 2000 discovery. are these universal or do I need to get oem parts from somewhere?

ebay, advance, amazon, oreilly, autozone, etc. Universal style will work if you match it up.
