Default Rear Molding

What are the Rear Moldings right above the rear bumper on both sides called.

And how do you remove them?

Ok, So it is called the Drivers Side Left rear bumper finisher. How do I take one off without breaking it. Trying to steal from one Disco for another Disco

There are 3 plastic clips (short hollow arrow shaped) on the bumper end caps that pop into plastic moulded mounts on the body. You simply and gently pop it off with a flat screwdriver or a trim removal tool. You have to be gentle and go slow so as to not break the plastic clips..... slowly push on side of the L ... then the other side of the L ... back and forth until the whole bumper end cap comes off.

Seems like there is a screw lower behind the bumper, so seems like I will have to remove the bumper

you shouldn't need to remove the bumper. there are only those three plastic retainers. at least, that's been the case on both my '04s.

No screw on my '03 either.
The plastic retaining clips are probably so brittle with age that you will need to replace them anyway, so I wouldn't worry about trying to keep them intact. The finisher is more important.

Correction: there is a screw that can only be accessed if the bumper is removed. oddly enough, one of my '04s has this screw, the other does not.

fortunately, the factory rear bumper is easy to remove and reinstall.

All Discovery 2's should have the screw at the front. You do not need to remove the bumper to remove the screw. Just use a long shank Phillips or "cross head" screw driver to clear the bumper.
