Default Rear passenger window...

So.. it will go down, but it won't go back up! You can hear the motor running, but you have to lift and pull the window up...

it's kinda embarrassing!

What's goin' on??

On the Disco I the lift arm on the window motor has a plastic
roller that brakes and comes off track, this maybe the same
on the DiscoII.

You broke your window regulator, time for a replacement.

I agree with DiscoMike. Once the regulators act up they need to be replaced.
They are not very repairable. Some on this forum have done it.
