Rear Passenger Windows Down All the Way?

Is it possible to modify or adjust the rear passenger windows so they can/will go down all the way?

Physically impossible, the glass is larger than the lower part of the door.

Yep, they even put some little pseudo quarter windows in there, so that the window is further forward of the top of the wheel well, so that it does down at all.

It would be nice though. My OCD keeps me from rolling my front windows all the way down. I leave them at the hieght the rear ones stop at.
