The rear sunroof on my 96 disco wont pop back down. it will slide baca nd forward just fine, but seem to get stuck when i want it to come back down. Im not particularly concerned that it works, but i would like to know if there is some kind of manual override so that I can at least close it and then remember not to use that one.

It will probably take 2 people to put it back down, one to guide the roof back down since you have probably broken the lift arms, the other to hand crank the roof down by using a allen wrech in the hole in front of the rear sun roof, just remove the plastic plug and go for it.
