Default Rear suspension on a Disco 2

Does anyone know if the rear spring of a Disco 1 will fit on the rear spring on a Disco 2. The reason I asking, I have a Disco 2 with air springs and converted that airbags with a conversion kit that really had weak springs. Now the rear of my disco is not leveled it sags in the back. So, now I need to get my a** off the ground (lol). So does anyone know if those Disco 1 springs will work or not?

Might not fix your issue though. The D2 has a bigger butt than the D1. Your d2 might sit lower than before in back. Now the D1 spring perches might help raise you back up. Or a set of D2 sprigs from a 7 seater. Which I have a set if you need. Heck I think I've got a set of D1 spring perches too.

What springs are in the front, how much height difference is there between the front and rear.? If the front has been lifted a set of 762 OME springs will do wonders for that suspension.

Well nothing has been lifted, it is a 99 Disco 2 SE7 so I just simply want this thing to ride leveled because right now that sag in the back is causing my sunroofs not to drain correctly and I just got my headliner redone. So I just got some D1 springs so will the upper seats and lower seats fit my D2 without a problem? I see that I have to get a oem style lower seat (seams easy) but will the diameter of the D1 springs fit the upper seat of the D2 because the spring has to go up into the cup attached to underbody? Are there any adjustments that I need or is it an easy fix?

Oh Mike, to answer your other question the differenct in height to me is about 2 to 3 inches. Most importantly when I put something in the back the rear really sags. So these springs don't hold up at all.

Upper seat is welded onto the chassis, please don't replace that! Yes, bottom D1 seat will get you a bit higher, SEAT ROAD SPRING, PLH058, NRC9700 - Rovers North - Classic Land Rover Parts

But do you think that upper seat will be a problem as far a being to small in diameter for the D1 spring. That's my question!

D1 springs and D2 springs are the same diameters.

^What Jafir said. D1/D90/RRC all the same spring diameter. 110/130 rear is larger.
