Default Rear View Mirror

How easy is it to replace the rear view mirror? My current one has a mind of its own and sometimes displays the correct compass direction and other times it reads "100". I found a used one online at Rover Land Parts, but I was curious how difficult it was to replace.

Thanks!

Why nor just recalibrate yours?
How to do it is in your owners manual.

The directions are in the RAVE CD, but I do not know how tocopy and paste a page from it so that I can post it on the forum.
Once you set your location it is as easy as driving in a two tight circles.
It woll be easier for you to read than for me to try and tell you.
Do a search for the RAVE CD, and I am sure that somebody will copy and paste the directions too.

OK ladies and gents...

I was able to download and open the RAVE CD to figure out how to calibrate the compass in the mirror, but it does not list the zones for the US.

Does anyone now the zone for Washington state (Seattle/Tacoma)? It defaults to zone "8" after the calibration.

Thanks in advance...

Looks like you are a zone 3.
You are on the edge of 3 and 4.
