Hey folks. I read a thread on another Land Rover site in which people that bought used Discos didn't seem to know the protocol for checking recalls. So for anyone that doesn't know, this process is quite simple.

1. Go to the NHTSA website. They have the recalls for every make and model.
2. Call Land Rover NA and tell them your VIN number. They'll be able to tell you if the recall work has been done on your vehicle. If it hasn't, take it to a dealer. The recall service is free.
