Thanks, I plan on going through all the posts and adding torque specs and some bolt info to help people in the future. The Rave manual is just too thick for someone who only needs some torque specs right then and there.

Also almost all of my posts were put together on a cellphone, hands covered in oil, and a few beers deep. There are significant spelling and grammar errors that need correcting haha.

Some minor parts came in the mail so I decided to throw them on after work. The easiest thing I’ll ever do to this vehicle is replace the air filter:

I thought I’d replace the tie rod bar real quick as I knackered it during removal for the oil pan earlier. I went with a standard style, will likely upgrade to a HD bar in the future.

The old one was hand threaded in, and still managed to lock together. I had to use a tool to bust the drivers side free.

The passenger side didn’t go quietly.

It didn’t really help that it’s raining either, or that I happened to stumble into a pack of my favorite beers. I roughly lined up the new rod to the old one and tightened it down on the bench. It will get changed when I have an alignment done anyways.

I’ll install it tomorrow, I’m just going to relax for the rest of the evening.

I just bite the bullet on the track rod and the drag link and went HD when I just did mine and a new steering damper to boot lol

I’ve been looking for some 6 degree castor corrected radius arms for the D2 to prep for the lift. There are some old posts indicating that the front terrafirma arms were once $350ish shipped; I can only find them online for $750. In fact now I can only find the 3 degrees for sale:

Does anyone know or have a set of the 6 they can direct me to? These prices seem criminal. I also can’t find a lot of information on getting the rears. It looks like there’s only one company making them and they're in the U.K. as of right now.

Is there a reason few people are getting the rear done as well as the front? I’ve reached out to a few shops to get the the current arms modified and for information on the rear. It’s been a few days and all the big names have not replied yet.

I’d love to get my hands on a the Terrafirma’s for $350 but I think that ship may have sailed a long time ago. Leads or info on the rears would be much appreciated.

I did try them as well, but they were the last to receive a message. I'll give them a few days, they've been the best company I've dealt with so far.
