Default Refurbish Head Lamps

I wanted to replace my headlights, because they were so cloudy looking. After seeing the price of them, I looked to clean them up, so to speak. I saw about 20 different brands claiming to make them look new. I did some research and found this brand to be one of the highest rated.
It is called Wipe New, and costs 15.00 at Home Depot.
It does not call for the light to be buffed with a drill, just use their supplied buffing pad and water, dry and apply 1 coat. I have attached pictures of both lights and the product. I now wish I had taken before pics as well.

By the way, it is for all plastic pieces, interior and exterior. I have done rear bumper, rear license plate light cover, grill and plastic pieces around front windscreen and back doors. The front end looks almost new now with the grill and headlights done.

Funny. I have some of this stuff sitting in the basement for over a year now. Didn't think it would work on lights. Weekend mini project lined up

I got it for all the plastic, but after reading instructions, I figured why not. Have been very pleased, so far.

I'm curious how it looks after a week or two. I've used products on other lights(my disco lights aren't really clouded except at the top angle), and they cloud again after a little bit.

You might want to look into a sealant or UV protectant. I just ordered some of this:
Amazon.com: Blue Magic 730-6 Headlight Lens Sealer - 8 oz.: Automotive Amazon.com: Blue Magic 730-6 Headlight Lens Sealer - 8 oz.: Automotive
I haven't had a chance to use it on anything yet, but it reportedly blocks UV(which is the cause of clouding on most lenses).

I plan on posting pics at monthly intervals, It is supposed to protect from UV Rays, but time will tell.
