Default Remeber those fancy pancy wheels I bought?

Well in 2 weeks I can FINALLY get them installed! Been hurting for money and could not afford the new 16" tires to go with my new wheels, so they have been sitting all boxed up in the back of my truck taking up valuable space and probably not helping my MPG....
Anyways I found a guy on facebook (LR Enthusiast of course) with a set of used 16" all season tires. He wanted $400 but I offered him $250 plus all 5 of my 18" wheels, the tires and my spare tire cover. He agreed and we will be meeting up sometime in the first week of December. Gotta meet at a local tire shop so they can install the new to me tires on my new wheels and slap em on my truck. Should I have them balanced? Looking for cheapest option here. Just want to get my new wheels on and free up some room. Better handling, better tires for the upcoming winter.

He said the tires are 11-12/32 and I think they are General Grabber.

and these are the new wheels Ill be installing on my Disco! Cant wait to see the difference. Hard to beleive how much more sidewall 16"s have vs 18"s.... Just hope I dont lose an inch off my newly installed lift kit though.

I remember Paul Grant saying that my stock lug nuts will NOT fit with these wheels, other members said they do fit. I did mount one of these wheels to the spare tire carrier and installed 2 lug nuts, they seemed to fit fine but we shall see come December..... Ill be screwed on the spot if my lug nuts dont fit these wheels....

I never said that stock lug nuts won't fit that wheel. I've never seen that wheel before.

That's not the wheel you were originally talking about. The wheel I commented on was a 19" wheel. I've never seen the wheel you pictured on this thread.

Paul they are the exact same wheels I was talking about in previous thread. Even linked to a website where I purchased them.

Yup finally got the G4 Style 2 16" wheels installed. Thanks to a enthusiast in lower Vermont who helped make it possible. What do you guys think?

Sharp wheels and OEM to boot. For A/S tires, those are tall.

Not aggressive at all in fact. They are used Hankook dynapro AS tires. Just using them to get me through this season until I can afford the aggressive tires I list for. These tires have good tread left on them so I will still keep them as a backup set. They do rub a little when you make sharp turns though... gonna have to do some tweaking soon.
