Default Removal of alternator bracket

I have a '99 Discovery II and the tensioner assembly broke off of the alternator bracket - or so I thought. The broken part was actually the section of the alternator bracket that holds the tensioner assembly. I have removed my alternator and loosened all of the bolts that hold the bracket in place but it still isn't budging a bit. What am I missing? I am praying to God that it is not a part of the block. Help!

Here is a picture of the bracket and one of the back side of the tensioner with the broken piece of the bracket still attached. Hope they are helpful.

I see two long bolts that hold the alternator and then three more long ones below those two - I already have them loosened. I see a small one (10mm) below the long bolt that holds the alternator on the driver's side and another small one on the side of the bracket (passenger side) - I also have them loosened. But the bracket is still tight as can be. Why?

You have an extra what - bracket?

I'm pretty sure you arestill missing a bolt on that bracket (kind of in the middle and hard to see). It's been a while since I had it off, but I do remembergetting VERY frustrated not being able to get the bracket off andlooking for that last bolt.

I also dropped 2 bolts and a socket in that corner of the engine bay, never to be found again. That was very wierd because it doesn't look like there are many placesfor it to get lost.

I found that last bolt and have the bracket off. Thank you so much.

If you have that bracket let me know how much you want for it.
