Default removing rear window frames?

Hey guys, been a while. I've been going down the list of the usual things to do with my Disco and like everyone else, I have rust spots on the rear window frames. I'm planning on grinding off the rust, priming and painting. I'd like to pull the frames out and it looks like there are just 3 bolts that hold it in place.

Over a year ago I came across a post about this and I can't for the life of me find that post. I've spent the last hour searching this and other forums with no luck.

Is it best to just grind and paint while they're in place?

There's more than three. There's 2 on the latch side, 2 on the hinge side and one the holds the sail panel window behind the door skin, around where the latch is.

Thank you. So the door panel has to be removed? Not a huge deal, but something more to consider.

Yeah, gotta pull the door panel. It's not hard, and you can just swing it away into the floor without removing the speakers.
