I'd try calling around to some local salvage yards first. There's a DII that I all too often pick from in a salvage yard only about 15 mins from my house. He wants $150 installed for the rear bumper with the lamps included.

Hopefully after he's done installing that he can weld on a couple of ***** for you.

Just kidding, but seriously, the rear bumper is literally too easy to install, you barely need tools.
