Default replacement carpet

anyone know where to get replacement carpet for a D1? i want black carpet..

Are you talking new, used or aftermarket?? New will cost you more then the value of the truck, used at most dismantlers or aftermarket from any auto seat repair place.

yeah i was kinda hoping to find a place that had the molded carpet, u know the kind that is pre formed to fit the floors and stuff... but everywhere i have looked has everything except rovers it seems...

never forget the cheap option - color matched rhinolining with carpet floor mats.

more durable too.

just an option.

Don't worry about it. They just saved you a headache.

Take a look on the Rennlist Porsche forums about people buying supposedly fitting molded carpet sets - they are usually ill fitting overpriced trash.

I ended up waiting around (for my car) until I found the right part out and was able to get the real deal in great shape (finding perfect condition light tan carpet for a 25 year old car is maddening), and it was totally worth it.

carpets come in 3 sections which one do you want to replace? I did the rear cargo area, I got the carpet for my 99 D2 from LR for $300. New and perfect fit......

i had considered the rhino lining idea before... i just want black floors to match my headliner... but then i will have more road noise to deal with, but oh well sacrifices must be made...
