For a 98 discovery,Has anyone replaced the lights in the console for the shifter, and the lights in the switches for the Cruise and fog light switch?

The bulbs are teeny and you will have to go to the dealer. I replaced my clock light and my cruise and some of my climate lights went out. Turned out to be a loos wire. Check voltages on the dash lights before replacing. The shifter lights are easy.

I have it done by a mechanic. But, I'm very much interested on how it is exactly done. I'll try to search for it and just post the site here if I'd be able to find a clear guide.

Replaced shifter lights. very very easy. Also gave me a chance to clean around shifter handles and clean rubber cover.
The lights on the buttons for the cruise and fog lamps a little more difficult. Easy to remove switches, takes a little tlc to remove tiny bulbs for switches. Needed to obtainbulbs from dealer.
All is well now.
There is nothing like driving a healthy Discovery.
