Default Restoration Cost

I have a 2003 DII with 136k miles. The engine is shot though and the car needs alot of work (interior has some light mold), exterior, etc.

Just wondering on what the following would cost me:

- sagging headliner
- bumpers
- exterior trim plastic pieces
- clear coat restoration
- engine
- suspension work

other than that it's in good shape.

Headliner if you remove it yourself and yank the old junk off = probably 200-250.00 for a shop or mobile guy to fix.
Bumpers = depends on your taste and needs 1k up to 3k
Exterior Trim = Best Bet Salvage Yard
Paint work = depends on the damage 1k to 3k
Engine = if you do the work yourself not much, but if a shop touches it and you go with an AB Long Block = 15-16k
Suspension = Lift, shocks, bushings 1-2k

DIY most of the work and its ballpark 15-20k; send it to the shop and its probably going to come close to the cost of a new truck.

My fully restored trucks usually sell between $16-20, last one only had 52k on the clock and I had it fully repainted.
