Happy to update you guys that after a couple days of driving to and from work, the truck does feel pretty good and engine sounds very serene.
I'm now sure that the cleaning done, and the way all was put back together -considering it was the first time I attempted anything further than changing sparks, wires, oil or tires, it was done right, thanks for the help along the way.
