Good point guys I’ll probably sell it I have no use for it. Market for racks ain’t that big here. Well it is if your giving it away lol. I’ll ask 800 and see

 

Well, on the topic of roof racks, I’ll receive my new Voyager Offroad Challenge rack on Friday, if shipping estimate is accurate. To be honest, I bought it because I like the look. My daughter wants me to mount a tent and let her borrow it, and I’ll probably indulge her. My idea of roughing it nowadays generally involves a Hilton property! Extinct has warned me that it will be noisy, but it’s too late to turn that ship around. I don’t own anything that gets great mileage, so I’m not too concerned about that.

 

I tow with my defender and use the roof rack a lot. When I don’t tow it’s about 15.5 mpg and about 11.5 when I tow. But the roof rack is always on and it holds my spare tire up there as it’s too much of a hassle to take it down when we don’t tow.

 

Roof bars here too it was just easier and I only carry the tent up there.
