I was wondering if anyone had every changed the hard black rubber liner that separates the car from the roof, if you know what im talking about. After my last outing when i had some coolers and a gas can strapped up there, i noticed the rack had actually cracked the rubber liner, and now it rattles like crazy!!

 

Are you talking about the rubber that goes around the gutter?

If so, I have heard of people replacing the corner peices easily, but I'm not sure about replacing all of the rubber.
