Default Rotoflex Centering Bush (or Spigot Bush) - Old vs New?

Hello there!

I am in the process of changing the centering spigot bush on my rear propshaft.

However, the one still in my propshaft has its inner part in metal, as shown here

https://www.roversnorth.com/category..._shaft_u_joint
Part number Bush-Steering Column DII Model #: TVD000020

The ones available today as a kit, which includes the rubber coupling, are different, with an interior of a rubber material only
https://www.roverparts.com/driveline...fts/TVF100010/

Does anybody know if these parts equivalent?

Thanks!
