Rough Idle
No CEL. over the past couple weeks ultra gauge would throw a pending P0420. I simply suspend the alarm and all is fine. Went to the trails over the weekend, hit a huge water/mudpit (water over the hood, shiz wuz deep!) and shortly thereafter ultra gauge threw a pending (no check engine light) MAF code P0102 (or something like that). I cleaned the MAF (while the the MAF was stone cold) w/ approved MAF cleaner. But it seems ever since the mudpit I've been running rough. Today on the ride home from work the Sai pump sporadically kicked on for 2 seconds twice w/ engine temp operating at 188.6.
The truck accelerates fine, no hesitation. It just idles and drives rough. Like a nasty vibration. All my plastic interior pieces are rattling. What gives???
New wires
New plugs
New air filter
Newer o2's (all four)
...Blah, blah, blah
Side note. Not sure if this is relevant but, on the ride home from the trails my 70mm idler pulley bearing grenaded. So for a quick fix to get me back on the road I sourced a standard 70mm pulley from auto zone, part number Dayco 89052, till the correct pulley arrivees. Maybe, the rough vibrations started after this?

Any insight or advice is appreciated. I'm still running rough. Still no codes.
Vacuum problem? MAF problem? Is there any data I can monitor on the ultra gauge that would point me in the right direction?

how bad was the mud / water factor ??......you may have soaked a sensor....crank position sensor ( which I believe wont throw a code) or possibly a knock sensor....they are low enough on the block to have gotten soaked, or at least the wiring connectors did.....a goofy knock sensor can effect the engine timing
