thank you Old North State Land Rover Society for putting on URE6 "back to basics". here are some pics from the event at Uwharrie national forest. I had a blast and drove back home in one peice, i couldn't ask for anything more. http://s608.photobucket.com/albums/t...%20oct%202009/

Tweakrover --- does your buddy have more pics of my LR3? I would be interested to see them, especially if they are from the Dickey Bell trail.

Great pics! I'll be joining the Old North State group in January! Hope to get in on some events like this. Looks like a great time!

hey you can hate but that thing is all rover, i was impressed, he even pulled me out of a muddy hole my back bumper got hung up in.

It's DiscoXD from New Orleans!!
the d2 just didn't have the clearence to get over those rocks, and they were too slick to get the wheels on them, plus that hill is way steeper than it looks in the pic. the white D1 is mine, it ran great, no overheating, i even went up kodak rock on sunday after everyone left by myself, one of the hardest trails in the park.
