Default roverland parts

not sure how to feel about this, Roverland parts has been good to me so far, however I ordered my clockspring from them last sunday (keep in mind I am not thrilled to be driving around without my airbag) and today as I am expecting it to be delivered (8 days later) I recieved shipping info stating fed ex just picked up my part this afternoon! no email or anything saying the part was going to be late, and the bank showed the money came out last week. Just wondering if any one has dealt with this before. I will still probably deal with them as I can't always afford new parts, but I was not really happy about this!

Did you call them and asked what happened? They took a long time (over a week and a half) to get me my hub and then the part was bad. But then they sent me a replacement and it only took a couple days. They sent it no questions asked though and did not even want the bad hub back and the replacement was pretty much brand new. Maybe since they have a corner on the market (for the most part) they can take their time.

I know what you mean though I order from Atlantic British and I get the parts literally the next day via UPS ground.

usually I get the choice of shipping, and usually if it is a needed part (like I cant drive without it) I will do next day shipping, but this time I didn't even get the choice. I was expecting a few days late because of the holiday weekend but my tracking number shows that fed ex didn't even receive shipping info until Sunday night at 10 pm so that was one week and a few hours later. I can still drive the truck just dont like to without the horn and airbag (cruise control is not a big deal) and I cant complain too much cause I am paying like $35 for a part that is around $200 - $250 from everyone else new! just would have been nice to know since I have been expecting it.

So, call them, see what they say then complain if there is something to complain about.

I will wait till the part gets here first no sense in getting all heated up then getting either the wrong part or a bad one to make the situation worse.

RoverLand Parts is terrible. If they can they will scam you outright. They have a return policy that is highway robbery.

I have been to roverland parts 3 times IN person when i used to live in Tampa Fl.

I have only seen two guys there, a young guy is dismantling the rovers and one guy, the guy you talk to when you call, sits behind the desk. I walked in once, said hello and waited about 5 min before he acknowledged me. NO customer service. I have called once and was put on hold for 10 min when I could have been taken care of in one min.

I will say the DI shifter I ordered was AS advertised and VERY clean. I have had better customer service paying parts from MEMBERS using the classifieds sections. I will be up in Tampa in September and I will swing by and see what's up.
