Default Roverracks rear ladder

Anyone have a roverracks.com rear ladder? I just received mine... I'm really happy with it.

Here's mine. Its not installed yet, just mounted.

How is it different from the others, like the one I got from AB parts? Was the cost about the same?

Yeah i got mine back a few months ago to go along with my SD safari rack. Its a great add-on. make sure you are careful when drilling the holes on the top of the door... The wiring for the rear brake light runs right in the area you have to drill through. Needless to say i severed one of the wires and had to do some minor wire splicing to get it back working. So when you drill the hole, i would make sure your drill bit only goes about an inch into the door, just to be cautious.
It is by far the best one out there on the market, and with the 4 mounting points it is very sturdy, im 6'2" 210 and it doesnt budge when i climb up.

Good luck,
ROSS

Roverracks $159 or Ebay $125

They ARE different, check the pics. Compare the standard type to this one.

they are very sturdy and they use a thicker gauge tubing. i got mine from ebay which was the Roverracks ebay store. My only problem with it is it comes in a glossy black so it kinda stands out against the matte black finish on my roof rack. but all in all a great purchase.
jycsalas, where did you get the LR Disco badge on the back of your rig?

I got it the "Decade of Discovery Plaque" from http://www.houstonlandroverclub.com/m4club_badges.html

here's another pic of it on my rig.

Its aluminum I believe. Its very sturdy and the adhesive backing is VERY STRONG once mounted. Are you getting one?
