Default Rovers North: KAHN Wheel fitment to D2?

KAHN ALLOY WHEEL 16 X 8 SILVER, COS16711 - Land Rover Parts | Rovers North

These wheels are beautiful! Says they fit D1 and Defender. Is there any reason why these wheels would not fit on my 04 D2? And are there any mods that can be applied to make these wheels fit safely on a D4 model?

As the add mentioned, they are a D1 wheel.

You could have just emailed me haha. There are such things as wheel adapters, but I, and many others don't recommend them. These wheels are correct fitment for RRC, D1, and Defender.

The lug pattern on a D2 is larger then on a D1. Like ZG says, there are adaptors, but from my limited knowledge of them (3 cases) they can cause a lot of damage in the long run.

Yeah they're just not safe.

Btw the D1 is larger, 5x165 vs 5x120 for a DII.

Hmm that sucks cause KAHN does not appear to make or supply ANY wheels for the D2 model! I went to the KAHN website and there was nothing! sighhhhh never seen such gorgeous wheels before.

Kahn is almost exclusively Defender. They know where the market is, and they do make beautiful and extremely well built wheels.

When I opened that email and saw the sale price was in the neighborhood of $400 per wheel I almost choked. At least they're 16's, not 18 or 20 inchers
