RTE Parts Offer.
Suspension parts are the HP Watts linkage, front shock mounts and spring retainers.
I'd be willing to give a good discount to someone who wants the whole package.
No vehicle is an investment
. But some of my actual investments may pay dividends (pun fully intended) with another Rover purchase in the future. But then again, now that I'm "free" of the Rover bug (for now), a Caterham may fit nicely in my garage [and my budget].
Edit/Addition: Yoops, I think our Rovers were almost identically spec'ed out.

Caterham Cars Us
I picked the Caterham US website just for you
So if you are waiting for your bumper, and his is sitting there and cant use it, why don't they send it to you and give him his money back? Sounds like everyone wins there, or am I missing something?
Does the watts have the bushings pressed in? Are the bushes pressed in, ready to drop in? Or do I need to source bushes?
My thoughts exactly!!! I was told last week mine was finally at the powdercoaters but then in the same call Im told well I mean if it's not there it will be soon.
Unfortunately that seems to be the new standard lately at RTE. I would say I'm surprised, but I'm not. I was recently told by them that a part was shipped to me that I had been waiting for on Wednesday January 21st and that I would have it here in my hands on Monday January 26th. I even spoke with one of the "new owners" over that weekend ensuring that I would have it because I had a customer waiting. He assured me and promised me that he did in fact ship it and I would have it Monday. I could show you the texts to prove it. Monday came, no part. Tuesday came, no part. Wednesday, January 28th rolls around and so do my parts, with a shipping label date of Monday, January 26th. Then they tried blaming their family members for not shipping the items. Nothing but blatant lies on that end. If I were you, I would get my money back while you can because if the OP's bumper truly was sitting there, then why wouldn't they ship it to the guy who has been waiting for 3 months? The only thing that makes sense is that neither bumper was completed. We've seen this happen too many times before. Anyone remember Bottorf? HLC? KVT?
As a vendor and community supporter, I hate airing dirty laundry like this, but unfortunately it has to be told as more and more people are coming to find out when things aren't what they're supposed to be.
