Allow me to weigh in here and try to help. I live about 13 miles from the RTE shop, and after I saw this thread about ScreamingLife's predicament I PM'd him and got his permission to visit RTE and see the parts for myself.

They are all there, ready to be shipped. The bigger pieces are bolted to the pallet but when I saw them earlier this week they were not yet wrapped so I could see everything clearly. They are beautiful.

The bumper has some upgraded features, and Bill, the shop foreman and former owner, impressed me with his apparent attention to detail and care for putting out top quality products.

I was personally most interested in the sliders but was tempted by the bumper also. As I told ScreamingLife in a PM Wednesday, after after thinking hard about this since visiting the shop Monday I am just not in a position to buy these parts now. I wish I were.

 

Did this ever sell? If not, does the bumper have foglight holes as shown in the pic of the Trek? What's the story with the extra light guards and modified recovery points mentioned?

 

Pm the total cost. I can pick up or shipped. Do you get paid or Do I pay RTE?
