Default Rubber Access Plug to Flywheel bolts?

So I have yet to replace the Drivers side Rubber Access plug to the Flywheel because I've spent way to much time trying to get this plug to stay in with zero success. Any one have any tips? Thinking about heating it up might make it a bit easier.

Sorry to bump this up, but would anyone have the part # for this plug? All of the diagrams I've seen aren't clear enough to be able to tell if I'm looking at the right part. Thanks!
