Default Running lean, reoccurring O2 sensor problems, possible vacuum leak?

I borrowed my post from another thread to start a new one in hopes of getting some more advice. This was my situation as of a few days ago...

My SES light came on last night. I got the codes P0150 and P1174.
I have replaced that Bank 2 sensor 1 two times already this summer. Something is making it go bad. The last time I replaced it I noticed oil on the wiring harness. I cleaned it up before installing a new sensor. I also tightened the valve covers.

Would a seafoam cleaning help this? I'm about to get dirty and dig into this a little more. If it's because oil is leaking on to it, and if it's not the v/c what else could it be?

I've also noticed that anytime I have an O2 sensor issue, it's always the passenger side sensors. I don't understand that...

The valley pan gasket was recently replaced.

And if the culprit is oil, then are the sensors bad or can I just clean them and reinstall?

EDIT:
Ok I just disconnected the O2 sensor and there was definitely oil all over the connection. I guess I didn't tighten that valve cover well enough because I was able to tighten with relative ease. So I guess I'll clean both wiring connections, clear the codes, then wait and see?

Will that clear 1174 as well?

UPDATE: Alright so after cleaning up that sensor and driving around a while the engine light came back on. I got the codes read, but this time instead of getting P0150 and P1174 I only got P0174. It was indicating that bank 2 was running lean.

I also noticed today that I have a slight leak coming from the throttle body heater plate. I have all the parts to repair that and it will be under way soon. Could that somehow be causing my problem?

Also how can I safely and cost effectively check for vacuum leaks?

So... I've gone from P0150 and P1174 to just P0174. I can still notice a slight "bump" in the idle.

Thanks as always and I do not mean to ignore the advice of the other thread I'm just wanting some more opinions.

Did you do the seafoam induction yet? If you did, you might want to replace the vacum cap you removed to do the induction. Only reason I say this is because I was experiencing lean 02 sensor on bank 2 position 2 after changing out my y-pipe.

I ran a combustion test for a whole other reason and used that vacuum for the test. The cap was so wore out when i tried to remove it it just fell apart.

I replaced the cap and amazingly I have not had the 02 sensor problem since. Going on 3 days now. Normally it would error about 10 minutes after driving.

Also check and make sure you don't have a leaking header or flange gasket. My Y-Pipe busted at the weld on the flange and shortly after that I started getting the 02 Sensor error.
