Would the leather center back seat head rest be the same on a 2000 SE as a 2000 SD?

Here's a pic of a SD from another member that I am purchasing.

 

Base model is usually vinyl instead of leather.

 

I'm really asking would the leather seat package head rest be the same on the SD and the SE. The seller is saying this head rest is leather(obvious from pic) but on a SD model. I'm pretty sure a SD could be purchased with the leather interior.

 

Sure a base model can be purchased with leather. If it's leather, they would be the same. Unless it was aftermarket leather, like katskin or classic soft trim brands.

 

Thanks. My interior is the stock leather. I thought it would be the same regardless of the model.

Does anyone know where I can get a TAN center seat rest cover?
I have a headrest now but it's beige not tan.

Did they ship it to you while you paid on paypal or something similar? I would bash them.

 

I paid and he did ship me a center head rest but its not tan like he said . It is brown and completely doesnt match.
