Default seat motors

When I try to move my front seat on drivers side, I get a buzzing noise and no movement. How many motors does each seat have??? why is it just buzzing and not moving?? Help.....please

Something could be stuck in the rail or the gears are stripped. Either way you need to pull the seat out and inspect. Just 4 inverted torx bolts holds it in. 12 Pt socket works in a pinch if you don't have the proper socket.

I might have the motors if you need them. I've got an extra driver's seat that I replaced in my 1999 do the the leather being bad and something underneath broken causing the seat to rock back and forth about 6 inches.

It's the seat motor that goes up and down that buzzes.
