I have a 96 Disco 1. Came across 98 Disco1 front seats. The headrests are different, and I can't get to them, they are on the interweb. Will these work!!!

 

As long as they are the same kind of seats there should not be any problem.
So if you have power seats now and the new ones are power as well then I see no reason why not.
If yours are manual and the new ones are power then In see a potential problem and the seat height at the base is different.
