Default Series I front A guard on a series II?

Anyone have a clue if a DI factory A guard will fit a Series II. Have found a good deal on one. I cannot find anyone who offers just an A guard (nudge bar?) for the series II. I don't want a full blown front bumper like an ARB. Just the A guard so I can mounts some lights.

Hard labor Creek Fabrications offers an A Guard, see below:

also Bennoff Fabrications (its Ben something, I can't recall the exact spelling but I am sure another member will provide the correct spelling) but there have been posts recently suggesting that although they make a great product, they are so booked that there turnaround time is 6+ months out.

Not sure if it is possible to mount a Disco 1 guard to a disco II, wish it was as they are definitely more abundant.

I am about to build my own using my buddy's plasma cutter and welding tools, pls post if you try to make that work with the guard you found.

FYI, you don't need a bar to mount lights, my truck had 8" Hellas mounted to the stock bumper when I bought it, see below:

No it will not fit, the frames are different widths.

Oh and DiscoBen that looks great on your rig with the headlight protectors. Might be option 2.

You mentioned that you cannot find an A bar...
Is this what you're looking for?:

Hey you can get a D1 bumper/A-frame to work on a D2. I'm contemplating doing myself. A relatively new forum member (on this forum, he's a veteran on LRO) did it and it looked great. You do need to have a welder and do some modification. He says it took a couple hours a little messing around.

Here's the thread:
