Default SES light out, Can it be replaced?

On my new, to me, 1999 Disco the service engine soon bulb has been removed. Can I replace it and if so what tipe of bulb?
I took the cluster off, was hoping that it was just taped over, and saw small square like bulbs on the warnings that are working.
TIA

It is a LED that is soldered into the circuit board, I do not know if it can be replaced or not, I suppose it could be if a guy had the right tools and new the correct color LED to get.
Otherwise you can buy a used instrument cluster and have the stealer program it for you.
