Default SES light & P1000 Drive cycle B code

I recently replaced my TPS. I used my nanocom to reset adaptive values after that replacement. Things seem to be working fine (i.e. the issue that made me replace the TPS is gone).

But, after I did that, I've got a SES light and a P1000 code reading: 'Air flow to throttle angle cross check fault drive cycle B - occurred n times - fault is currently present'

I'm assuming that I just need to go through drive cycle B to resolve this, am I right? If I'm wrong, what should I look into next?

If that's correct and all I have to do is get through the drive cycle, here's what I found for drive cycle B:
1 Switch ignition on for 30 seconds .
2 Ensure engine coolant temperature is less than 60 degrees C (140 degrees F) .
3 Start the engine and allow to idle for 2 minutes .
4 Perform 2 light accelerations (0 to 35 mph (0 to 60 km/h) with light pedal pressure).
5 Perform 2 medium accelerations (0 to 45 mph (0 to 70 km/h) with moderate pedal pressure).
6 Perform 2 hard accelerations (0 to 55 mph (0 to 90 km/h) with heavy pedal pressure).
7 Allow engine to idle for 2 minutes .
8 Connect TestBook and with the engine still running, check for fault codes.

I've had a difficult time doing all of these sequentially. *Do* they have to be done sequentially and on the same drive?

What are the constraints around them? i.e. Do you have to hold the acceleration speed for some period of time? What about brakes? -- coasting to a stop on the freeway after the 55 mph acceleration is going to be tricky, doing the same for the 35 and 45 accelerations might actually be dangerous.

And once they're done will the SES turn off and that P1000 go away on its own?

Is there any way to track my progress on the nanocom? If there's something else going on, should I look anywhere else other than the Motronic fault codes?
