The headlights and roof-rails make it an '03, but the grill makes it '02 or older... Looks serious though!

I've always liked the 03-04 headlights with the 99-02 grill. Wish Land Rover wouldn't have changed the grill when they did the facelift.

what a joke... super spaced out wheels, street tires, almost no lift, ridiculous flares...

I'd wager this truck is probably in Iceland, where this setup is quite functional.

That is generally the case, but the Icelandic Defenders usually run 40"+ tires, these don't look nearly that large. Plus, the last vehicle I'd take to remote places in Iceland is one without a winch
