Just wanted to thank everyone for there help with this one. It did turn out to be a bad crank position sensor. I'm not sure if it was the amount of oil it was bathed in or the fact that it was cracked in half but replacing it has resolved the no start issue. I still have the unusual clicking right after the bell stops dinging but its running so I can figure the next one out another day. Tried to upload a photo but it hangs at 90%.
