Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions for a better shock than the standard ones? My Disco is very bouncy when I hit a bump or dip in the road. I've replaced the rear shocks (so far) with the standard shock and it didn't help. I got them from Atlantic British. I've ruled out needing to replace the coil springs. By the way, my Disco does not hace ACE....just the regular coil spring suspension. After checking around I've realized I need a better shock/damper than the standard ones. I think I may need to go with a gas shock. Does anyone recommend a certain brand? I've been thinking about getting the Bilsteins from Atlantic British. Has anyone put them on their Disco? My local parts store can get a KYB gas shock that they said would cost less and be comparable to the Bilstein. I don't do any off-roading, so I don't anything that's real heavy duty. I just want something less bouncy than the standard shock. I don't mind hitting a bump in the road....I just don't want to keep bouncing from the bump as my Disco does now. Anyone got any recommendations/suggestions for a better shock for highway driving?
