Ah, putting them on the finisher first makes sense of it. I've still got the back two in place, Mike's post is the first I'm learning about a third… is it the same clip? I'm assuming that's what that top hole at the front is for — no sign of my original.
While I'm at it, anyone have the part number for the clips on the top of the bumper (pict)? Ripped some of those out too.
