Default Should I buy this

Hey guys. I am looking at a 2003 Dico II HSE with 75k miles on it. Negotiated price to $10500. What do you think? Do I buy it? Need advice ASAP.

Thanks in advance!!!

IMHO, that is WAAAAYYYY too much to pay for an '03 unless it has a TON of upgrades like lift, winch, rack, etc, etc,....

Even in my area (Seattle) '03's aren't going for more than $7-8K with that kind of mileage, and prices up here are usually much higher than most places around the US.

I would love to find one with low miles for that price. The only one that I have seen in seattle is a 2004 HSE7 with 77k on it for $10950. The radio doesn't work and the rear air suspension does not work (I would put a OME 2'' lift on it anyway). Do you know of any off the top of your head that you could pass on to me?

Thanks guys for the quick responses.

Thank you very much. I have looked through all the seattle CL adds. All the ones with the same specs are in that $10k range.

you can score 03's with like 80 to 120k all day in North Carolina for like 5500-6500. I just looked at a super clean one near where I live in Greenville on a lot listed for $5800 and the guy was ready to cut it loose for $5000 cash. Here is the link 2003 Land Rover Discovery

honestly you probably dont want one with that miliage, its going to need serious work reguardless starting after that, id look for a higher miliage one that has already been repaired, ie. complete headgasket set, tune, trans and tires.
