Default Should I be concerned?

I swapped wheels and tires last week. I also had the diff fluid changed. Past few days I've noticed some leakage on the rear passenger wheel.

Is this something I need to be fixing quickly, or do I just have a seal going out that I need to start thinking about replacing?

Where is it leaking from? The brake or the axle seal? Can you get some pics behind the wheel? Diff fluid will leak a tad when flushed, if he filled it to the top it will dribble out the fill plug. But it would only dribble down the diff case cover, and only a sprinkle - not spray out the opposite side and thru the tire rim like in your pic. Is it all wet inside the wheel (other side)? If so, that has to be brake fluid be my guess..or rust maybe? Maybe it's just rust/dirt and crap from inside the wheel hub? Wipe in with your finger, what does it smell like? That pic could just be showing that?

Edit - yeah it looks to be that looking a the pic more, the way it sprayed from the wheel hub out.
