So I got my side marker today from Paul Grant (fast, great price, thanks Paul!), and was looking in RAVE to see how to correctly get at it and can not find it listed in the manual. Very strange. Every other light listed, but not the side marker lights.

So how to get at them? Anyone done it recently and like to share? I hate the trial and error way, I always end up taking half the truck apart when I don't need to.

 

Slide it towards the back of the truck, it will pop out then you pull it and the connector will follow.

 

Push in using your palm and slide the lens toward the door. Voila.

 

No way! Nothing with the truck can be that easy!

Dont drop the harness back into the fender, I did that once and it took me 20 minutes to make a hook with a clothes hanger to get it back

 

Thanks for all the advice, was a 2 minute job, most likely the easiest item I will ever replace on the truck.
