Arrow Simple Question.
Just a simple question before I try something and break it.

On a 00' DII, how to the air vents come out of the dash?

Use a thin electricians screwdriver blade and gently pry from the middle. The louver will come out from the pin in the center. There is a wavy metal washer that creates resistance, so the vent does not flop up & down. A small pick may also work too.

Just got around to doing this yesterday, thanks Bosshog. Very easy with the proper knowledge.

quick question why is all the green insulation coming off the plenum?
